Dura-Blast’s new 3660 Spinner Hanger

New to the Dura-Blast line up of abrasive wheel blast machines is our 3660 Spinner Hanger. The Dura-Blast 3660 Spinner Hanger comes standard with two 10HP blast wheel assemblies, but this machine was built with the option of two 15HP blast wheel assemblies. 20HP could also be an option as the 15HP and 20HP motors are the same frame size.

This model will typically include a rotary screen above the airwash separator, and all Dura-Blast Spinner Hangers have variable frequency drives on the chamber. Variable frequency drives are optional for the spindle and the blast wheels, especially if the machine is built as a shot peening machine. The cabinet side walls and back walls are AR500 or Manganese steel, and have options for cast liners.

The dual chambers are always fully cast lined. Standard options also include a low media level sensor, a safety bump strip, and touchscreen/PLC controls with “Maintenance Mode” standard, to assist in set up and testing of various components. Other options include; a foundry duty elevator, peening package, auto abrasive adder hopper, magna valves, maintenance platform, dust collector, spinner trees, and others.
